1. Introduction
   Overstrand Community Action Network (OCAN) is a registered non-profit organisation committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and effective governance within the Overstrand Municipality. We work with communities, ratepayers, business leaders, and authorities to address key issues and create a sustainable, fair, and well-managed environment for all residents.

2. Mandate & Activities

3. Funding & Donations

4. Authorization for Donations

7. Cancellation of Donations
   As a donor or member, you have the right to cancel your monthly contribution or selected funding method at any time. To cancel, please visit your membership page or contact us directly for assistance.

8. No Direct Services or Benefits
   By donating to OCAN, you acknowledge that you do not expect any direct services or benefits from the organisation in exchange for your contribution. Donations are made to support the collective goals of the organisation.

   OCAN cannot guarantee the outcome of its actions, campaigns, or initiatives. The organisation cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the actions of its staff, volunteers, or consultants, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
